Explore science and culture, drink in hand, with interdisciplinary talks, performances, activities and installations during the evenings of the British Science Festival. From museum lates and debates to comedy and music, there’s a packed programme of free events every evening in the heart of Bradford.

Each year we bring cutting edge British science beyond the university campus boundary and organise events at the intersection of science and society. These events put science in unexpected places, reach new audiences and support the BSA’s vision of seeing science as a fundamental part of culture and society.

This September we are partnering with local institutions to take performances and workshops to bars, theatres, galleries, museums and an Asian department store. On Tuesday evening the bars and cafes of Bradford’s independent quarter will be transformed for an evening of creative activities and installations.
