Speaker: Dr Katrina Hope. Anaesthetic Registrar and Academic Clinical Fellow at the School of Physiology and Pharmacology, University of Bristol.

When you visit the doctor and have your blood pressure taken, you’re told two numbers, 130/80 for example. But what does that actually mean? Katrina will explain the science behind blood pressure and why having a normal blood pressure is so important. She will also talk about the latest research into new treatments.
