Join us for a coffee and croissant at a British Science Association breakfast on Thursday 18 February, where we will be launching our report on the state of the UK science communication and public engagement sector.

In September 2015, the British Science Association released a survey to take a snapshot of the UK science communication community. On Thursday 18 February, we will be marking the release of a report of this research by presenting the key findings and discussing their implications for the UK science communication sector.

The report assesses the landscape of the sector today, and aims to understand the goals, needs and motivations of those within it. The event is an opportunity to have an open discussion on the future direction of science communication with members of this community. Refreshments and breakfast will be provided and attendance is open to all, but registering is required.

The event will run from 08:30-10:00 18 February and will be held in the Dana Studio of the Wellcome Wolfson Building, 165 Queens’s Gate, SW7 5HD.
