I’m Sarah Day, Operations Manager.

I’m responsible for Human Resources, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Data Protection, Internal Policy & Procedure, CRM systems and Contracts at the BSA. 

I work closely with all the BSA Programmes and Teams to support our people and continuously develop operational efficiency. I am passionate about building best practice to help the BSA deliver its mission and always interested in knowledge sharing with other organisations, so please get in touch.

I'm Katie Griffiths, Operations Officer and Committee Secretary.

I support the BSA’s Council and their sub-committees in their governance of the organisation, and I provide HR and operational admin and support to the whole staff team. 

I am passionate about inclusivity in STEM and using my skills to support the BSA’s mission.
