Festival theme for 2013

The British Science Festival: Making waves

The theme for the British Science Festival in 2013 is Making waves.

To fit the theme you should think about discoveries, inventions and research that have made an impact on our lives, but more importantly, what will make an impact in future. We are also looking for events that demonstrate creativty and controversy in science.

The Festival encompasses all areas of natural, physical and social sciences, and we are looking for a range of events for different audiences, from hands-on activities for families to discussion of the very latest scientific research.

If you would like to discuss your ideas or the theme, please contact Farrah Nazir.
