Get involved

As one of the UK's biggest science festivals, attracting a diverse audience each year, the British Science Fesitval is an extremely rewarding event to be involved in.

With events attracting academics, general public, school groups and families, nowhere do you get such an eclectic mix of people engaging with science than at the British Science Festival and no other UK event rivals the press coverage generated for science and reaches so many.

The British Science Association imposes no restrictions on who can propose an event at the Festival - staff at the host University, organisations from the host city and people from all over the UK come to the Festival to host events.

2013 British Science Festival

The 2013 British Science Festival will be in Newcastle. Our hosts at Newcastle University are asking for your ideas, thoughts and questions at Ideas take Flight

If you have any questions about the British Science Festival, please contact the Festival team.
