CREST SuperStar activities are usually done by 7-11 year olds.  They are designed to last approximately one hour and you don't need to be a teacher or have a science background to run them as each activity comes with an organiser’s card with instructions, highlighted safety points and a resource list.  Activity and organiser cards are also available in Welsh for some activities.
