ThinkTank

Thinktank offers two workshops that could count towards the CREST Star Investigators award scheme. You will find four floors of hands-on exhibits and historical collections that will amaze and inspire you, showing you the science of the world all around us.  From galleries and exhibitions to an exciting programme of events and activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

LEGO Trucks (Star Award)
This exciting workshop gives a unique opportunity to get to grips with Forces. Help Jenny discover the differences between pushing and pulling as you zoom around the room tidying her toys away using our remote control LEGO trucks.

LEGO Forces and Friction (SuperStar Award)
Come and build the ultimate racing car out of LEGO. Explore the concepts of friction, air resistance and gravity and then design and test your car on Jim's very long race track, can you make it all the way to the end?

To register for the workshop, please call Thinktank's Schools Hotline on 0121 202 2244 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or visit www.thinktank.ac/education/
