X-Men: 'Days of Future Past'
Accompanied by a talk by Dr Alasdair Richmond

Lots of time travel stories assume that travelling back in time would let you alter the past, erasing one history and replacing it with another. But is there any scientific basis for such ideas? And if there is, what philosophical problems might they face? Alasdair Richmond introduces the philosophy of time travel and history-changing with a hint of quantum theory, a dash of many-worlds and a sprinkling of science fiction.
