The Amazing World of Light and Colour

Satrosphere Science Centre are welcoming back Stuart Farmer, head of physics at Robert Gordon’s College, for an Explore Your Universe Meet the Expert talk entitled “The Amazing World of Light and Colour”.

This fantastic talk will explore the science behind what we see, discover how light is used to determine what is in distant parts of the universe, how it is needed for the internet and to make modern displays. Do we always see what we think we see?

Stuart is Treasurer of the Institute of Physics (IOP) and Trustee and Chair of the Association for Science Education (ASE).
