Black Scientists & Inventors UK

Friday, 22 March, 2013 - 18:30 to 21:30

Black Scientists & Inventors UK

22nd March 6:30-9pm

Michael Williams CEO of BIS Publications and author of Bestselling Black Scientists and Inventors series of books presents Black Scientists & Inventors in the UK.

The image of an older white man in a white lab coat holding a test tube amidst a lab disaster, you’ve got the old stereotype of a scientist in your mind. This event will change your perception of who and what a scientist is or isn't. Join us to discover the great work being done by scientists of African-Caribbean origin and the challenges they face.

Park View School, West Green Road, N15 3QR London
