Discovery & invention walk

Saturday, 23 March, 2013 - 14:30 to 16:30

This is a London guided walk themed around sites appropriate to the history of discovery and invention. It includes an eclectic mix of stories from the comic to the ghoulish and from the domestic to the cosmic. There will be some well known names featured but also several unsung heroes. My walks are aimed at the layperson and any children and pets who enjoy history or science. I have been leading walks since 2008. I am a volunteer worker at the Royal Institution and a volunteer guide for the London Canal Museum's summer towpath walks and tunnel tours.
