Lifting Aspirations - Key Stage 3 Crane Workshop at M Shed Museum

Explore engineering heritage with the cranes on Bristol's harbour-side. Discover the future for the industry with volunteer engineers & state of the art lifting technology. A day event building, operating & competing with an hydraulic lifting device with trips up historic electric & steam cranes.
Booking details: 
Practical workshop with heritage and modern engineering. 30 students for £280 for the day. Activity is tailored to challenge STEM learning and employability skills for either KS2 or KS3.
