Smart materials for the 21st century

New materials are currently being developed to help us tackle challenges for the 21st century. This event will allow pupils to handle and use the latest materials being developed such as hydrogels, oil absorbing polymers, colour changing materials, electroconductive fabrics and many more.

Contact Adrian Allan at Dornoch Academy for more information. If any local primary or secondary schools wish to borrow the materials for a session they are very welcome.
