Flusurvey class registration instructions

Register your class to receive your own data to analyse for NSEW 2014!

Either before or after registering for Flusurvey, teachers should email Flusurvey@lshtm.ac.uk to receive your class's unique registration code. Please provide the name of your school, the year of your class, and the number of students in your class. You will then receive a code that you and your students need to apply to your profiles so that you're grouped as a class. You will only need to do this once!

  1. Once you receive your class's code, visit the group management page on your Flusurvey profile.
  2. Click on the link "Enter your code and join a group" on the right side of the page
  3. Enter the code that was provided for your class, and click "Join a group"
  4. Each student in the class should add this code to his or her Flusurvey profile.

If more than one class will be participating in the same school, each class should still request their own registration code.

Teachers can request their class's registration code at any time, from before registering for the survey to the final week of participation. Once students apply the class's code to their profile by following the above steps, the code will be applied to all of the symptoms surveys they have already completed and all of those they complete in the future.

If you have any questions or problems, please email nsew@britishscienceassociation.org.
