The highlight of NSEW at GYHS will be a rocket building workshop hosted by Starchasers including a real Space Rocket on display. There will be trips to the GWO & a Community day for parents/carers. On the other days a year group will spend a day of fun-filled activities & end with a quiz show.

A talk by Professor Tom McLeish, Professor of Physics and Pro-Vice Chancellor (research) of Durham University. An exhibition of donated items reflecting the value of science to their owners will be available to view from 19:00 at the same location.
Celebrating Derby's science and technology links, the festival has over 30 events happening over the week, from a STEMpunk extravaganza, Exciting Engineering workshops, city walks, visits, lectures, debates both for the public and school students
StarLincs is the only mobile planetarium based in Lincolnshire. The planetarium is a self contained darkened classroom which encourages intensive study sessions without distraction. Presentations led by experienced teachers which allows students to enjoy a journey into space.
