Inspirational inventions

Monday, 25 March, 2013 - 09:15 to Thursday, 28 March, 2013 - 15:15

Children will be introduced to inventions and will then create their own inventions which will be judged by our very own 'Dragon's Den' style panel, comprising of science leaders from our feeder infant and secondary schools, head teacher and science link governor for the school. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in both Y3/4 and Y5/6. We will also be operating a whole school science carousel covering a variety of scientific processes and concepts. Children will also be asked to decide which was the most important invention over the last 200 years. parents will be invited in to participate in any of the carousel activities with their children.
