Science fest

Friday, 15 March, 2013 - 22:15 to Friday, 22 March, 2013 - 22:15
Little Ridge Primary School

We are taken part in National Science & Engineering Week. We will be commencing the week on the Friday with a whole school assembly. Each assembly will have a science theme with a competitive edge. The following Monday all the school will come off curriculum and engage in planned science activities for the week. Some of these activities will be chosen from the great resource packs on your website. Our aim is to raise the awareness of science within the school and for the children to show their enjoyment of science. Each class will be set a challenge everyday to work on. At the end of the week we will be having an open afternoon where visitors will be invited in to take part in some of the experiments and activities the children have enjoyed. We will be also launching our new website the same week to coincide with engineering week.
