School prize draw

Schools that organise an event or activity and register it online by 15 February 2013 will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

Register here.

We would like to hear about everything that’s happening during National Science & Engineering Week in March, so whether your activities are for the whole community or a science-themed afternoon for one group of pupils, tell us by registering your event or activity.

Last year over 180 schools won prizes from a range of well-known sponsors including Usborne and Lego Education. This year we have a range of exciting prizes from Hue Animation, Usborne Books, BrainPOP and Educationcity.com.

School prize draw sponsors

83 stop motion animation kits from Hue Animation Studio – The complete stop motion animation kit for classrooms.
Including the Hue camera (now widely also used as a classroom visualiser) and easy-to-use software, Hue Animation offers a new approach to learning that both teachers and pupils can enjoy. Simply install the software, connect your Hue camera and within minutes you’re ready to start animating, using anything from modelling clay to felt shapes or drawings. The software is also available as multiple user and site licences. Planning and executing storyboards, scripts, sounds and music helps children organise their ideas and learn to work together.

There are 100's of STEM related topics and resources in BrainPOP UK such as Atoms, Moon phases, Gravity, Probability, Charles Darwin, Levers & Pulleys and many, many more. 3 schools will win a 24/7 annual school licence to BrainPOP UK worth up to £699.
