Dr Brian Deggers is a biohacker with considerable experience in dissecting and leading dissections of cephalopods. The Dove Marine laboratory at Tynemouth will provide a marine biologist knowledgeable about cephalopod ecology and sociology. Mrs Farida Koheallee is specialist dealer in oriental spices who originally comes from Mauritius. Her signature dish is the islands famous octopus curry. Cost: £200
