Building bridges!

Wednesday, 9 January, 2013 - 10:45

An interactive model making workshop. Your class will learn about the forces in action in building and bridge construction and gain an understanding of the crucial decisions engineers make when designing bridges and buildings. The will see how the interaction of forces determine which are the strongest shapes to use when building structures, then work in teams in the ‘bridge-building’ challenge!
