Feedback surveys 2014

These short feedback forms have been created to gather your experiences of being involved in NSEW 2014. The surveys will give us a better understanding of how we might encourage more people to attend NSEW events in the future and how to improve future resources and activities. Filling in a survey will take you just a few minutes and you will be making a great contribution to improve NSEW.

To say thank you, we are offering everyone who completes a survey the opportunity to enter a prize draw for four £50 Amazon vouchers. Prize winners will be notified at the end of April 2014.

Thank you for helping us make NSEW bigger and better next year!
