The event hosted by Our Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh, gives you the chance to not only hear about the threats facing our oceans today and see stunning high definition footage of Scotland's coral reefs, but also to meet the Scientists working to understand these threats and find solutions. Scotland is at the forefront of the development of marine renewable technologies and ocean energy exploitation, so we will discuss why investments are being made in this area. From the creatures of the deep to the renewable energy developments and policy, scientists from Heriot-Watt University will be there to answer your questions.
