Without our thousands of volunteers we couldn’t reach out across the UK or connect with people in their local communities, be it through Branch event programmes or the Festival, spreading the NSEW word or supporting young people to get creative with science investigation.
By exploring this portal you can find out more about the different ways to volunteer with us and support the Association in achieving its aims of advancing the public understanding, accessibility and accountability of the sciences and engineering in the UK.
As well as information about programmes involving volunteers and the wide variety of roles we offer, there is also general information about our volunteering practices. We’re working hard to support our volunteers with the best practice in volunteer management.
