The British Science Festival is Europe's longest-standing national event which connects people with scientists, engineers, technologists and social scientists.
Tens of thousands of people come together to celebrate the latest developments and to engage in open discussion about issues that interest the wider public about science. Our Festival is unique in the UK as it moves to a different location every year. In previous years it has taken place in York, Liverpool, Guildford, Aberdeen, Newcastle Birmingham, and in 2015 it will be returning to Bradford.
In 2015 the Festival will host around 100 events focussing on cutting-edge research from across the country. The events will be aimed at non-specialist adults who have a broad interest in science and more than 250 of the UK’s leading scientists, social scientists, technologists and engineers will take part.
