Three one day workshops were held in June and July 2012, in London, Aberdeen and Manchester to develop the engineers’ verbal and visual communication skills.

During the workshop the engineers had an overview of public engagement, reflected on how their work is relevant to the public and on how to address different audiences.

The engineers were supported and mentored by the Science in Society team and graphic designers during the development of their poster.
