A week of science and engineering experiments, games, quizzes, design, model making and more; delivered as a series of themes which are age appropriate, as below: • Nursery ‘Discovery of the Natural World’ – in the school eco garden, with the assistance of the P7 Leading and Learning Group. • P1 – P3 ‘Discovery of the Natural World’ – through discovery and building of a number of kitchen science experiments. • P4 – P5 ‘Renewable energy to power inventions’ – a study on how renewable energy powers inventions today. • P6 – P7 ‘Inventions for the future’ – encouraging the children to actively apply their new knowledge to design and build new innovations and applications.
