Organised by York Skeptics in the Pub, this will be an informal talk about the changing role of critical thinking in education, particularly at a primary school level. The talk will be given by Bethany Jenkins, who runs a Crest * scheme in her local primary school. Therefore, whilst the talk will look at critical thinking generally there will be a strong slant towards the teaching of science. This event, geared towards National Science Week, is part of the regular talks organised by York Skeptics in the Pub.
