Advances in technology, IT, engineering, new materials and biology are transforming the future of healthcare and medicine. Tomorrow’s citizens will be part of this technological revolution - whether as practitioners, patients or innovators. Working closely with health professionals from the NHS, universities,employers, innovators, inventors and other medical organisations, we want students to look into the future and explore the healthcare world of tomorrow. Hi-Tec Pathways to Health is for students’ with keen interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) in years 10, 11 and post 16 who are considering a career in medicine, healthcare, engineering or IT and the allied health professions at technical or professional level. Featuring workshops and interactive stands, the exhibition will be open to schools from 9.30am until 2.30pm. From 4 PM to 7 PM there will be sessions for clinicians.
