Flapjack the Pirate has a dilemma, his ship is in urgent need of repair, it keeps leaking and his crew are getting wet. Pupils will join Flapjack’s pirate crew to carry out experiments to help him find the best materials to fix his ship. Then they will build their own ship and see how much gold it can carry without it sinking.
