The season commences with “Buy One Throw One Out”, featuring Dr Jennie MacDiarmid from theInstituteofApplied Health Sciencesat theUniversityofAberdeen. Dr MacDiarmid will be discussing how supermarkets contribute to food waste, how this affects our environment and how we can solve these problems.
