Science Busking | ideas & inspiration

There are over 30 branches across the UK, made up of over 370 volunteers with a plethora of combined experience and expertise. This page is a space to share your ideas and knowledge with other branch members across the country.

At Head Office, we are currently working on a database of tried and tested science busking activites that can be used by branches during their events.

Have you developed, or do you know of, an awesome STEM experiment or hands-on activity that will wow audiences? If so, share the activity with us and we'll make it accessible for all branch members across the UK!

All you need to do is complete the form below, and return to regions@britishscienceassociation.org. We'll collect up the responses and create a database of cool activites that everyone can use, enjoy and be inspired by!

Science Busking - Submission Form

 What is science busking?

Science buskers perform hands on science experiments & demonstrations in public spaces during events and at festivals. Often they involve 2 - 3 minute science tricks that engage and excite small groups of people. Check out our campus science activity pack for some ideas and inspiration.
