Caithness Branch

Connect: Branch website

The Branch focuses in the Thurso and Wick area and the members provide support to the Caithness International Science Festival as well as being involved in various other science engagement activities with Caithness Horizons and the Environmental Research Institute.

The Branch runs a wide variety of events. Recently they organised a prestigious event with the British Council, as part of their 'Belief in Dialogue' series. Five speakers and over 100 attendees, from a diverse range of backgrounds, came together for a day of respectful discussion and reflection on how science and religion shapes the way we see the world.
