Move It!
The "Move It!" hands-on activity pack for National Science & Engineering Week has been created in-line with the 2012 theme of 'Our World in Motion.'
Activities in this pack have all been designed for use in discrete 20-60 minute class or science club sessions. The mixture of short, fun experiments with CREST Star Investigator-accredited investigations ensures there is something here for a wide variety of ages and abilities.
All activities are around the theme of motion and encourage young people to build, move and discover how things move in the world around us, using resources that can be sourced cheapy and easily.
Includes teacher's/background notes and curriculum links for all activities.
Older Children:
Each activity includes further ideas to take the investigation further.
