This competition has now closed.

Please ensure that you read all of the terms and conditions below:

1) The competition is open to all children between the ages of 5 and 14.

2) All entries must be received by the closing date of Friday 16 February 2007.

3) Entrants may draw their pictures in school or at home but the picture must be their own work.

4) All entries must be clearly marked on the reverse side with the name, age and contact details of the child, and if submitting as part of a school activity, an application form must be included.

5) Only one picture per pupil may be submitted.

6) All entries from one school should be submitted in bulk.

7) Entries may be drawn using any medium and be no larger than A3.

8 Entries will be judged by a panel of judges and the winners will be notified by Friday 9 March. Unfortunately, we will not be able to inform entrants if they are unsuccessful in the Meet the Robinson’s competition.

9) There will be one winner for each category and one overall winner unless the judging panel decide otherwise.  The categories will be 7 years and under (KS1), 8 -11 years (KS2) and 12-14 years (KS3).

10) No entries may be returned and proof of posting is not proof of receipt.  The organisers accept no liability for entries damaged, delayed or lost in the post.

11) All pictures, once submitted, will become the property of the organisers and may be used by them in any subsequent publicity.

12) The winners must be willing to participate in any associated publicity activities.

13) The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14) The main prize is a trip to Disneyland Paris for 3 nights based on 4 people sharing a family room. Full prize includes standard class return tickets from Waterloo to Disneyland Paris station, 3 nights accommodation at Superior Chanteloup Hotel – 1 x Standard Room (based on 2 adults / 2 children aged between 3 and 14 years) – Bed & Continental Breakfast – Shuttle service from hotel to Disneyland Paris Resort (Nominal fare to be paid locally) - 4 days entrance to Disneyland Paris.

• The holiday must be taken within 12 months of prize notification.
  
• Winners must make their own way to and from their respective home to the departure location.
  
• Winners must organise their own passports and any necessary visas themselves.
  
• Once confirmed in writing, travel dates and names of those travelling are not changeable.
  
• Winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.

There will be a private screening for the winner of each category for them and their class/friends. 

• A private screening at a location near each winner will be arranged. 
  
• Numbers for the screening will be dependent on the size of the cinema but will be around 50 people+.
  
• Screenings, once agreed and booked, cannot be changed.
  
• The screening must be taken within 4 weeks of prize notification.

15) The competition is open to UK residents only (including residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)

16) By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.

17) The BA reserves the right to withdraw any part or all of this competition at any time.
