Spring into science
For National Science Week 2004 the BA teamed up with the UK Phenology Network and the Woodland Trust to present Spring into Science - an annual national project to record the arrival of spring.
Thousands of people took part, looking for ladybirds and trawling for tadpoles in parks and gardens across the UK.
