Mystery of the Missing Puppy
The south wales branch is growing all the time and there are lots of opportunities to get involved. For more details see our volunteering opportunities page or contact Liz Terry.

Every year the branch organises a series of lectures.  This year Professor Harries has delivered his talk on the future of science in Wales at Swansea and Cardiff.  Details about the lectures to be held later in the year will be available soon.

The branch is also interested in planning events for families and young people; In addition to the Dolen the branch has devloped and run a family fun workshop on the subject of forensics titled "The Mystery of the Missing Puppy". The branch has run this in Pontypridd Museum and at the Cardiff Science Cafe and are always looking for other places to host. They are also happy to share this workshop with other British Science Association branches. For more information contact Liz Terry.

The branch also supports science communication events in the region, particularly supporting events that help young researchers develop their skills in this ever expanding field.
