GM Science Review
The government has announced a national dialogue on Genetic Modification (GM) issues in response to considerable public interest in the technology. The BA is coordinating a number of Open Meetings throughout the UK to enable scientists to discuss the key scientific issues surrounding GM. Scientists and members of the general public will be able to explore a range of topics including food safety, gene flow, agriculture, environment, ecology and non-food uses.
