Science Communication Conference

The annual two-day Science Communication Conference addresses the key issues facing science communicators in the UK and brings together people involved in public engagement.

This is a diverse group of people from a range of backgrounds that include science centres, charities, universities, press offices or policy-makers and includes those who are experienced in public engagement as well as those who are relatively new to the field. It is a fantastic opportunity to share ideas and best practice, learn about developments and network.

The 2012 Science Communication Conference will be held on Mon 14 & Tues 15 May 2012 at Kings Place, London

This year's Conference theme is ‘Impact' which aims to discuss the various ways to measure the impacts of public engagement activities as well as how research scientists and engineers will consider the impact agenda of their research.

Call for proposals: Got an idea for a Conference session? The call for proposals is open until 25 November 2011
