Prizes in the National Science & Engineering Competition

The opportunity to represent the United Kingdom at the EU Competition is sponsored by The Nuffield Foundation and European Commission. Three individual places are offered to attend this event, which in 2015 will take place in Slovakia between the 21st and 26th September. UK Students will compete with over 40 other countries as the official UK representatives.
The Intel ISEF fair is the largest youth science fair in the world. Up to 2 individuals and 1 team of 3 will be chosen to be the official Intel UK representatives. They will be flown to the event in Los Angeles and spend a week meeting thousands of young scientists from around the world.
The London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF) is a two week residential forum that attracts over 300 of the world's leading young scientists, aged 17-21 years old, from more than 50 participating countries, including the top prize winners from the National Science & Engineeirng Competition at The Big Bang and the European Union Contest for Young Scientists.
The Saudi Aramco Stockholm International Youth Science Seminar Place, sponsored by Saudi Aramco, allows one student to attend this highly prestigious event in Stockholm. It is attended by a select number of young scientists from across the world who attend talks by Nobel prize winners and other leaders in the fields of science.
The Lloyd's Register Educational Trust Teachers Prize, sponsored by Lloyd's Register Educational Trust, recognises the advice, support and effort provided by teachers to help students complete STEM projects in school.
