The British Science Association has been holding a large, annual, national science fair for many years.
Originally called the BA CREST Science Fair, changing to the (UK) Young Scientists' and Engineers' Fair from 2008 and merging into The Big Bang in 2009 the objective has always been the same;
'To celebrate the achievements of the UK’s outstanding young scientists and help inspire the next generation to achieve high standards in science, maths and engineering'.
