"I'd like to say, on behalf of the Royal Society's Vision for Science and Mathematics Education project a huge thank you to all the young people from the CREST Youth Panel, Looking 20 years into the future is a tough call but they all joined in the spirit of the session and came up with some fascinating and thought-provoking ideas for what they'd like to see an inspiring science and maths education system deliver in the future. "I was really pleased to get the opportunity to ask the students on the CREST youth panel for their advice on a new set of teaching materials I am planning to produce as part of an EC funded project that will start next year.
