The Engagement Officer will be overseen by the Engagement Manager and will specialise in co-ordinating content for the British Science Festival and administrating the UK Science Festivals Network. This will be the main focus of the job but the officer will have the opportunity to occasionally work across other programmes on ‘away projects’ and will report to the manager(s) of those projects. This role would suit someone with an interest in public engagement with science and at least six-months’ experience working with science festivals and/or events, in either a voluntary or paid capacity.
